A lifelike historic ship of 15 meters long is being built in an old shipyard in Dordrecht. In June 2021, the ship will be towed by manpower from the museum garden of the Dordrechts Museum to the Court of the Netherlands. The ship will break into pieces and leave traces behind. Sculptures are made from the debris that will be placed back on the route. Who is the artist of this project and why did he come up with this? Studio Edward Clydesdale Thomson and curator Anke Bangma tell more about this from the main hall of Schouwburg Kunstmin.
